RESIDANCE REGISTRATION In order to residence apply, guests must submit Identification documents for all persons (passport or ID card, voucher) immediately upon arrival in the appartment, and pay the rest of the amount for accommodation. The host will keep the guests' ID only during the time required for the execution of the residence application.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT On the date of arival, guest may enter into the apartment after 14:00. On the day of departure, guests must leave apartment until 10:00. Guest is obligated to leave the rented apartment in the condition he had found on the day of arrival - neat and undamaged.
UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS Guests are strictly forbidded to bring persons who are not users of the apartment into the interior or exterior of the estate. If persons who are not registered or announced during the reservation are found, the host has the right to cancel the accommodation for all guests.
PETS Due to the hygienic requirements of the guests, pets are not allowed to enter the apartments, estate or in the yard.
REST TIME From 22:00 to 8:00 is the time of night rest and the time of the afternoon rest is from 14:00 to 17:00. Please do not disturb the host, as well as other guests in the estate at that time.
THE CLEANLINESS AND ORDER MAINTENANCE Guest is responsible for the order and purity of the accommodation and is obliged to maintain them. The host is not obliged to clean up apartment during the stay of guest, nor to lay waste from accommodation units.
REQUIRED HYGIENIC EQUIPMENT The host does not have the obligation to provide toiletries, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, towels, dish cloths, clothes detergents and dish washer detergents, deckchairs or sunshades. It is not obligatory, but on guest requests, the host may change linens after every 7 days of guest's stay in the apartment.
APARTMENT EQUIPMENT Guest is obligated to take good care of the rented apartment and equipment in the interior and exterior of the estate. It is not allowed to move furniture from one room to another or to replace the equipment from the interior to another apartment, outside the house or on the beach (kitchen chairs on the terrace, food preparation and consumption of food in another accommodation unit, towels or blankets from the apartment on the beach or similar).
VALUABLES CARE Guests themselves have to take care of their belongings and valuables left in accommodation units. The host is not in charge for their eventual disappearance. When are exiting out, guests must lock doors and close the windows.
PROTECTION OF DAMAGE In the absence of a guest, the host has will not enter in the rented apartment. Exceptions are special circumstances that make it necessary to enter which includes dangers and prevention of damage. In that case, host must inform the guest of his activities in their first contact. In the case of a reasonable doubt that damage has been made, guests are obliged to enable host to enter the apartment and make inspection.
DAMAGE If guest intentionally or unintentionally commits any kind of damage inside or outside of the estate, he will have to compensate the full amount of visible and invisible (direct and indirect) damage to the host.
PROHIBITED ENTRANCES Without the consent of the host, it is not allowed to enter substances with strong or unpleasant smell, food preparation equipment (cookers, etc.), electric appliances (fan, etc.), flammable and explosive substances, weapons, and any other dangerous things.
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES Before leaving the apartment, the guest must take precautionary measures: roll up the sunshades, turn off the lights, turn off the appliance power and close the water pipes.
SMOKING Cigarets, cigars, pipes or any other kind of smoking is not alowed inside apartments. Smoking is alowed on the balcony or on terace infront of house. Ashtray usage is obligatory. Due to hugh summer temperatures in Mediterian area, there is high danger of fire. Be careful with turning off the cigarets rests!
SECURITY MEASURES In the case of fire, earthquake or any other danger, take your personal documents and leave the building immidiately. Alarm other guests and host. You are supposed to act quickly, but calm, depresing panic. You are supposed to help others, esspecialy kids, elder people, weaker or injuried persons. FIRE EXTINGUISHER AND FIRST AID BOX ARE PLACED IN THE CORRIDOR BY THE ENTERING DOOR. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION In order to protect the environment, guests are obligated to considerately use water and electricity. Particular care should be taken to ensure that no unnecessary air conditioner is left unattended while the guest is not in the accommodation unit and is not used with open windows and doors. Food or beverage cooling with flowing tap water is not acceptible action. It is forbidden to throw waste in toilet bowls, washbasins and other places that are not intended for it, including the yard and the immediate vicinity of the house.Guests are suposed to return back used food and beverages packaging that have brought in the country. Used beverages packages bought in the country should be returned to the same store in their waste separation containers. The host can accept used aluminium, glass and PET packages within croatian reciclation system.
FREE TIME PLANING The host is not obligated nor responsible for organizing leisure time and animation of guests, but will present information about happenings in sourundings.
RECREATION UNITS Equipment and things which are not part of the apartment, but part of turistic offer (barbecue, kayaks, bicycles or like) are allowed to use only at the allowance of the host.
EXPRESSING IMPRESSIONS AND OPINIONS During the stay the host will be at the service to the guest for any information and assistance. If guest have some comments on the quality of the accommodation, he is suposed to notify them to the host immediately and if host does not take the necessary measures then to contact the agency. Guest's claims will be taken in consideration only if they are reported during guest's stay in appartment. Subsequent complaints can not be accpect. Any dispute that can not be cleared between host and guest in direct explanation, will be solved by police intervention or at the court in Zadar.
CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION If guest does not apply this House rules, makes damage or disturbs the peace inside or outside estate, his visitation can be aborted. In that case host is not obligated to refund the prepaid amount, regardless of the shortened stay.
HOUSE RULES UNDERSTANDING Only relevant form of this House rules is on Croatian language. English translation is acceptable for interpretation. All other translations have no legal value at all, and are just in informative form due to unprofesional translation.
HOUSE RULES ACCEPTATION It is understood that the guest is familiar with the House rules at the beginning of the use of the accommodation. Guest agrees with the above mentioned conditions.
